A few weeks ago, a 6-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital(where I work).
When she called, she could not stand up straight and was in severe pain.
Her mother stood by her and was worried.
When she first described what happened, she said she ran into a pot of boiling water.
Because of this, she received significant burns on large parts of her body.
My team and I quickly resuscitated the young girl and treated her wounds.
But as each day passed, we began to realize thatmother was lying down.
The mechanism of injury to the patient made no sense.
And so one of my colleagues decided to ask the little girl a few questions.
For days she could not speak or say anything because she was afraid of her mother.
But surprisingly, she found her voice and decided to tell everything.
Her mom got mad at her for coming home late.
As she said, she boiled water and poured it over her body.
In fact, she didn't even blink until the next day when she was rushed to the hospital.

More Bible verses about criminals and doing evil
A troublemaker and a villain,
who walks with a rotten mouth,
13which mischievously suggests to the eye,
he signals with his feet
and finger movements,
14who devises evil with deceit in his heart—
he always stirs up conflicts.
A scoundrel plots evil,
and on their lips like burning fire.
Keep your mouth from corruption;
keep corrupt speech far from his lips.
A brood of snakes, how can you who are evil say anything good? Because the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
A wicked fleet though no one pursues it,
but the righteous are as bold as a lion.
Thethe masterwill approve thatEnemiesthose who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction, but they will flee from you in seven.
But there they are, overcome with fear,
where there was nothing to fear.
God scattered the bones of those who attacked you;
you shamed them because God despised them.
When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." Because God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone;
For you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness;
evil people are not welcome with you.
Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Do not be upset by those who are evil
or be envious of those who do evil;
Be calm beforethe master
and wait patiently for him;
don't get upset when people get their way,
when they carry out their evil plans.
Don't worry about the villains
or be envious of the wicked,
Do not envy the wicked,
they do not want their company;
Away from me, evildoers,
that I may keep the commandments of my God!
